Serving as a law enforcement officer for fifteen years prior to attending the University of Baltimore School of Law, Mr. Booth earned his law degree in 1996. He then served as a law clerk for the Circuit Court for Howard County and for the Honorable Diane O. Leasure. Thereafter, Mr. Booth began focusing his professional efforts in insurance law, serving as counsel for two national insurance companies performing numerous district and circuit court trials as well as participating in fraud investigations and managing complex construction arbitration and litigation claims.
